Rider Happiness Benchmarking survey

Get a quarterly report card from riders to see how your agency compares to its peers over time

2023

En français svp

Four times a year, we ask transit riders to answer a few questions and give a grade to public transit. Over the course of a year, 100,000 riders give their opinion. And we share all the results directly with subscribing transit agencies.

Want to better understand what your riders are experiencing? Ready to sign your agency up? In addition to custom quarterly reports, participants get a seat on the RHB steering committee to shape the questions asked each quarter.
